On 1 November 2016 awards of nil cost options were made to Ian Hawksworth and Gary Yardley (the "PDMRs"). The awards were made under the Capital & Counties Properties PLC Matching Share Plan following the co-investment of shares held by the PDMRs, and were based on a market value of 285.8 pence per share.

The vesting of the awards is dependent on the satisfaction of performance conditions set out in the Company's 2015 Annual Report.
