*These options were partially exercised on 18 October 2016.

Mr Case sold 51,140 shares and Mr Woyda sold 8,360 shares, each at a price of £19.50 per share in order to meet their tax liability on exercise of the options, and following these sales a balance of 57,360 shares was retained by Mr Case and a balance of 9,340 shares by Mr Woyda.  All vested options held by Mr Case and Mr Woyda have now been exercised.
