Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 18 October 2016, an employee exercised options over a total of 595 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 595 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24 October 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,710,532 Ordinary Shares in issue.
