Further to the announcement released by UK Commercial Property Trust Limited (the "Company") on 18 October 2016, the Company has today published and sent to shareholders a circular (the "Circular") convening the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 9 November 2016 (the "EGM") to consider a resolution to approve the continuation of the Company.
