PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that it has received the following notification of dealings in Haydale shares from Ray Gibbs, Haydale's CEO. As stated in the Company's announcement dated 23 September 2016, Mr Gibbs subscribed for 6,000 new ordinary shares at £1.60 per share pursuant to the Subscription. Due to an administrative error by Mr Gibbs' personal broker they mistakenly applied for Mr Gibbs to take up his entitlement in the Open Offer which was running concurrently with a Placing and Subscription. As a result Mr Gibbs acquired 4,710 new ordinary shares at £1.60 per share under the Open Offer ("Open Offer Shares"). In order to correct the position, these Open Offer Shares were sold on 17 October at a price of £2.004 per ordinary share enabling Mr Gibbs to take up his subscription shares as originally announced. Following the sale of the Open Offer Shares, Mr Gibbs shareholding remains as stated in the Fundraise Announcement, being 482,000 ordinary shares.
