Ordinary Share Dividend for three month Period Ended 30 September 2016

The Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend will be payable to holders of Ordinary Shares as follows in respect of the three month period ended 30 September 2016:

Ex-Dividend Date:                                                27 October 2016

Record Date:                                                        28 October 2016

Payment Date:                                                     25 November 2016

Dividend per Ordinary Share:                            1.5 pence

C Share Dividend for three month Period Ended 30 September 2016

The Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend will be payable to holders of C Shares as follows in respect of the three month period ended 30 September 2016:

Ex-Dividend Date:                                                27 October 2016

Record Date:                                                        28 October 2016

Payment Date:                                                     25 November 2016

Dividend per C Share:                                        1.0 pence

Further to the announcement on 12 September 2016, C shareholders who are recorded on the Company's share register before the Record Date (as defined above) will be entitled to receive the dividend despite C share conversion taking place on 1 November.
