Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia, announces that Liam Swords, Chairman, has resigned as a director with immediate effect.

Haider Sithawalla, CEO, commented: "Liam has been the Company's Chairman since its flotation in 2004 and on behalf of the Board I would like to thank him for the valuable contribution he has made in the period since. We wish him well for the future."
