Director/PDMR Shareholding / Additional Listing

On 12 October 2016, following option exercises under the Company's EMI Scheme, 90,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued.

Of these, 60,000 shares were allotted to Iain Menneer, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and 30,000 shares were allotted to Chris Brewster, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Dr Menneer and Mr Brewster then sold 37,615 Ordinary Shares and 14,785 Ordinary Shares respectively in order to cover their respective costs of exercise and associated tax liabilities.   

Both transactions took place on 12 October 2016 and were completed at a price of 280 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this exercise Dr Menneer now holds 44,501 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% and Mr Brewster now holds 28,048 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13%.    

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 90,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 18 October 2016.  

Subsequent to admission there will be 21,222,110 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
