Pets at Home Group Plc ("the Company") makes the following announcement regarding one of its Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility's ("PDMR") participation in the Company's Sharesave Plan ("Sharesave")
The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions. It offers the opportunity for employees to buy ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Share") in the Company using savings accumulated over a three year period.
The PDMR detailed below has elected to participate in the 2016 offer of Sharesave, resulting in the grant of options to him on 11 October 2016 with an exercise price of £1.9776 per Share. The options will become exercisable on 1 December 2019. 4,550 options have been granted. The notification of dealing form for the PDMR can be found below.
