Grant of Share Options

Further to the announcement on 2 August 2016, Pressure Technologies announces it has granted an  additional option over 2,400 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the company. This takes the total granted options to 85,440 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the company.  These options were granted to UK based employees of the Group, following an offer to employees to subscribe to the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme.  The options were granted with an exercise price of 150p per share and are exercisable at the end of the three year SAYE period.
