The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 20 September 2016 was 91.48p per share.

A second interim dividend of 10.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 30 September 2016 to members on the register as of 2 September 2016.

The second interim dividend of 10.0p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 20 September 2016 as the ex-dividend date was 1 September 2016.
