Board Appointment
Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Guy Millward as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2016. The appointment represents a further strengthening of Eckoh's Board, in line with its stated intentions, following the appointment of Peter Simmonds as Non-Executive Director in July 2016.
Guy brings with him significant experience in finance with both publicly listed and privately held technology companies. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Imagination Technologies Group plc, a leading multimedia, communications and processor technology company. Prior to this, Guy was Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Computer Software Group plc between 2013 and 2015, when it was sold to Vista Equity Partners, having also been a non-executive director of the company from 2012 to 2013. Previous senior finance roles include Group Finance Director at Morse Plc and Alterian Plc. Guy qualified as a chartered accountant with EY in 1989.
