On 15 September 2016, 226,091 nil cost awards and 362,756 options with an exercise price of £2.455 over ordinary shares in Wilmington plc (the "Company") were granted under the Wilmington plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") to employees of Wilmington plc and its subsidiaries of which the following were made to Directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):
