PDMR Share Purchases

Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, announces that Daniel Arntz, the Company's Senior Vice President of US Sales, and Todd Funk, President, Eckoh Customer Contact Solutions, have today purchased 55,000 and 25,000 ordinary shares, respectively, in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 42 pence per share.

The Ordinary Shares purchased by Daniel Arntz, equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company, represent his entire holding in Eckoh. Following the purchase, Todd Funk holds a total of 349,487 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.15 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
