Trading by Employee Benefit Trust

The Company confirms that it has received notice today that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust has disposed of the following shares:

·      On 9 September 10,000  Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.80;

·      On 12  September 40,000  Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.67; and

·      On 14 September 130,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.70.

Accordingly Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust, now holds 450,491 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.48 % of the issued share capital.
