Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 September 2016 that Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 166.35 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Stephen Harrison now has a total interest of 14,111 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
