Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that on 08 September 2016, the Company's Chairman, Mr Michael Collins, had paper share certificates held in his name dematerialised in order to procure that the shares represented by those certificates are now held in CREST.

This process meant the transfer of 4,423,287 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to a broking account held in the name of Mr Michael Collins.

Following the transfer, Mr Michael Collins' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged and he continues to be the beneficial owner of 4,443,287 Ordinary Shares, comprising 6.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
