Result of General Meeting

Further to its announcement on 19 August 2016, TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group, announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Reduction of Capital remains subject to Court approval and is expected to become effective on or around 28 September 2016.

Further details of the Reduction of Capital can be found in the circular dated 19 August 2016 (the "Circular"), which is available from the Company's website at www.tpgroup.uk.com.  All capitalised terms in this announcement are as defined in the Circular.
