Director/PDMR Shareholding

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 31 August 2016, George Adams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 192.5 pence per share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Mr. Adams is interested in 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.005 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

ScS is one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, promoting itself as the "Sofa Carpet Specialist" seeking to offer value and choice through a wide range of upholstered furniture and flooring products. The Group's product range is designed to appeal to a broad customer base with a mid-market priced offering and currently trades from 97 stores.
