PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that on 1 September 2016, the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 2,567 shares at 700.0p per share to certain PDMRs as detailed in the table below.  In addition on 1 September 2016 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 2,532 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 197.5p per share to Chris Sutton following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in 2010.
