Agreement re Personal Loan Product

H&T Group plc ("H&T" of the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a brokerage agreement with Cash Converters (UK) Limited and their franchisees to provide the H&T Personal Loan product via 150 Cash Converter's stores and website.

This will provide a valuable new source of business for the Company and support the continued expansion of H&T's Personal Loan product.  There will be a small amount of start-up losses in 2016 as H&T establish the product in the Cash Converters locations.
