Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP" or the "Company")

Pursuant to the third quarterly dividend for 2016 of 1.28125 pence per ordinary share announced on 7 July 2016, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for the Scrip Dividend Offer in respect of 756,949 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). PHP has therefore today (22 August 2016) made application for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 756,949 New Shares issued in lieu of the third quarterly cash dividend for 2016. Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 26 August 2016.
