Director’s Shareholding

PHSC plc, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public and private sectors, announces that Stephen King, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today purchased 517,490 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The transaction was effected at a price of 28.01p pence per share via his SIPP account.  Simultaneously, Mr King also disposed of 517,490 Ordinary Shares in the Company, held in a personal capacity, at a price of 28p pence per share.

Mr King also disposed of 115,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from his SIPP at a price of 26.5p per share, and transferred 27,750 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to that of his wife at nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Mr King's interest in the Company is 3,115,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 23.80 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
