Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has changed its accounting reference date from 31 December to 30 September. The next final results to be announced will cover the period 1 January 2016 to 30 September 2016.

The results for the six months to 30 June 2016 are expected to be announced during the week commencing 15 August 2016.
