DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP PLC

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 August 2016 it purchased through Numis Securities Ltd the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation:

Class of shares	:	Ordinary shares of 25/48p ("shares")
Number of shares purchased	:	120,000
Average purchase price paid	:	384.789 pence per share
Highest purchase price paid	:	386.400 pence per share
Lowest purchase price paid	:	382.400 pence per share

Following the above transaction, the Company has 501,310,238 ordinary shares in issue and holds 4,072,590 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 497,237,648 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Numis Securities Ltd on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.
