Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 3 August 2016 is 10,621,297 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above total voting rights figure of 10,621,297 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Helios Underwriting plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
