3 August 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-  

Further to the announcement by the Company on 11 May 2016 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as follows:   

Date and time of purchase:                                                    3 August 2016 - 17:03

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume):               100,000

Price per Share (weighted average price):                             1,437.2891 pence

Trading venue:                                                                        XLON

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.
