Change of name effective

Further to the announcements on 6 June 2015 and 21 June 2016, Breedon is pleased to announce that the Jersey Financial Services Commission has now formally approved the Group's name change, from Breedon Aggregates Limited to Breedon Group plc.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name will take effect from 8:00 a.m. today. The Company's ISIN and TIDM remain unchanged.

The website address, at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available, has changed to www.breedongroup.com.
