("James Latham" or "the Company")

Grant of Options and PDMR Dealings

James Latham announces that on 29 July 2016 it issued 183,484 options under the James Latham plc Save as You Earn Scheme at 565p per share.  The options can be exercised between 1 September 2019 and 1 March 2020.  Included in this are the following options allocated to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):

The Company also announces that on 29 July 2016, the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 1,643 shares at 657.5p per share to certain PDMRs as detailed in the table below.  In addition on 29 July 2016 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 2,532 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 197.5p per share to David Dunmow following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in 2010.

The Company has also been informed that Piers Latham has transferred 3,658 shares into a joint shareholding with his wife, and Peter Latham has transferred 556,382 from an account in joint names to his sole ownership.  Neither of these transfers result in any change in the directors' beneficial interests.

The Company's AGM will be held at Gallery Level, Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London, N1 0QH on 24 August 2016 at 12.30 pm
