Voting Rights and Capital

Notification of alteration to total voting rights in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R

The Company advises that its capital consists of 501,630,238 ordinary shares of 25/48ths of a penny (approximately 0.520833p) each as at 31st July 2016. The Company holds 4,072,590 shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 497,557,648.

The above figure of 497,557,648 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
