Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Alan Foy, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today sold 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 435 pence per Ordinary Share. Following completion of the disposal, Mr Foy holds an interest in 7,180,608 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
