Board Change

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the Group focused on the commercialisation of graphene and other advanced materials, announces that Dr. Chris Spacie is stepping down from the Plc board to focus on his role as Technical Director of Haydale Limited based in Ammanford, Wales.

Commenting, Ray Gibbs, Haydale CEO said:

"Since he joined in early 2013, Chris has played a significant role in the development of Haydale's patented processing technology and technical know-how. We have an increasing number of special projects involving graphene, carbon nano tubes and other emerging 2D materials. It is essential that Chris can focus his attention in delivering manufacturing and technical capability to service the growing commercial requirements."
