In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Bunzl plc confirms that Meinie Oldersma has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Brammer plc with effect from 1 August 2016.

As a result of this appointment, Mr Oldersma will be retiring from his position as a non-executive director of Bunzl with effect from 22 August 2016.

Commenting on the change, Philip Rogerson, Chairman of Bunzl, said:

"I would like to thank Meinie for his guidance and contribution to Bunzl's success over his time as a non-executive director. He will leave the Board with our gratitude and best wishes for the future."
