CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND BOARD CHANGES

Following approval from Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 July 2016 (the "2016 AGM"), Helical Bar plc has changed its name to Helical plc effective as of 25 July 2016.

Helical plc confirms that, as announced on 28 November 2015, Michael Slade has taken over as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and has been replaced as Chief Executive by Gerald Kaye.  Nigel McNair Scott has retired as Chairman and Andrew Gulliford has retired as Non-Executive Director. The changes came into effect on 25 July 2016 immediately after the 2016 AGM.  Following the changes the Board is comprised of a Non-Executive Chairman, four Executive Directors and five independent Non-Executive Directors.
