Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that with effect from today, David Jones has stepped down from his role as Chairman and non-executive director of the Company.

His role as Chairman will be taken over by existing non-executive director, Robert Wooldridge.

Bernard Aylward, Chief Executive, said: "David has been Chairman since the Company's IPO in December 2013, and we thank him for his significant contribution over this period."
