International Management Limited (2.857%) acting as portfolio advisor, of various mutual funds, as a result of Regulation 15(1)(h). Investors Group Inc. is a 100% shareholder in both I.G. Investment Management, Ltd. and I.G. International Management Limited. IGM Financial Inc. is a 100% shareholder in Investors Group Inc. All of the above (except I.G. Investment Management, Ltd. and I.G. International Management Limited) have an indirect holding of 2.857% as a result of Regulation 15(1)(e).
