Description of the financial  instrument

In each case, options over Ordinary Shares of 100p (the "Options") granted under the group's Save As You Earn ('SAYE') share option scheme.  The Options were granted on 24 July 2015 to participating employees to buy shares in the Company at an option price of £7.27.  The award was made under the regular SAYE share option scheme.  Each of Messrs Pieroni, Clemett and Hopkins were granted the following Options:

1.   Mr Pieroni:       742

2.   Mr Clemett:   1,237

3.   Mr Hopkins:  2,475

Nature of the transaction

Mr Pieroni, Mr Clemett and Mr Hopkins have each cancelled their savings contract in connection with the group's SAYE share option scheme granted on 24 July 2015 and therefore the Options they held have lapsed.
