Notification of Board Changes

The Company hereby announces that Lord Waldegrave of North Hill has retired as a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company on 12 July 2016. Mr Andrew Joy has taken over as Chairman of the Company with effect from the same date.

It is further announced that Professor Dame Kay Davies, CBE, has taken over from Mr Joy as the Company’s Senior Independent Director and also as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.11R to 9.6.15G.
