INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')

2015 SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND - CONVERSION RATE

Further to the announcement of the full-year results on 18 February 2016, the Company confirms that the exchange rate to be applied to the second interim dividend is US$1.2995/GB£1.  Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the second interim dividend of 9.5 cents per ordinary share will be 7.3 pence per share.

The dividend will be paid on Friday, 29 July 2016 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on Friday, 17 June 2016.
