Dividend Declaration

The Directors of NCC Group plc have recommended a final dividend of 3.15 pence per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ended 31st May 2016, subject to shareholder approval, which is being sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 22 September 2016.

If approved, the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 May 2016 will be paid on 30th September 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 2 September 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 1 September 2016.
