Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding

CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified today that on 7 July 2016, Richard Connell, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Connell holds 95,761 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr Connell's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holding, is  97,891 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition, the Company was notified today that on 7 July 2016, Nick Perrin, the Company's Finance Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Perrin holds 12,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
