Directorate changes 

Paul Malan has joined the Board of Bristol Water plc as a non executive director with immediate effect replacing Michael Bernstein.  Paul Malan is senior partner of iCON infrastructure LLP which is the investment advisor to iCON Infrastructure Partners III, LP which has recently completed the indirect acquisition of Capstone Infrastructure Corporation which owns a controlling stake in Bristol Water plc.  Michael Bernstein was CEO of Capstone Infrastructure Corporation until 24 June 2016.
