EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, the trustees of the Headlam Employees Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 4 July 2016 the Trust completed the purchase of 62,172 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 430.9610 pence per share and that on 5 July 2016 the Trust completed the purchase of 88,828 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 426.2851 pence per share.

Following these purchases the Trust holds 375,941 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45% of the Company's current voting rights.
