Holdings In Company

Following the purchase of 3,277 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC by Mr Richard Hunting, announced today, Hunting Investments Limited has notified the Company that the voting rights of Mr Hunting's new shares have been transferred to the Voting Committee administered by Hunting Investments Limited.

The total voting rights held by the Voting Committee has therefore increased to 25,513,715 representing 17.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The table below details the beneficial holdings of the signatories to the shareholder agreement in relation to Hunting PLC ordinary shares:
