Annual Financial Report

and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 24 May 2016 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2016, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts.

The Company also announces that its 2016 Annual General Meeting ("2016 AGM") will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Monday, 25 July 2016 at The Connaught Hotel, Carlos Place, Mayfair, London W1K 2AL.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.helical.co.uk.

Pursuant to Listing Rules LR9.6.3R(1), copies of these documents and a proxy form for the 2016 AGM have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:  http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
