Notification of interests of Directors

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') have been advised that on 29 June 2016 Richard Battey, Chairman of the Audit Committee, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.

Richard Battey bought 2,500 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 7.05 representing 0.0036% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Richard Battey has a total interest of 25,000 shares in the Company representing 0.0362% of Princess' issued share capital.
