The Company announces that it was notified on 27 June 2016 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,301 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 June 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 22,694 Ordinary Shares (0.05%).
