Capital Reduction Effective

Yü Group PLC is pleased to announce that, further to its announcements on 9 and 26 May 2016, the cancellation of the Company's share premium account became effective on 22 June following registration of the Court order confirming the capital reduction by the Registrar of Companies.

The Company now has positive distributable reserves and is therefore in a position to be able to pay dividends in future, should it be appropriate to do so.
