EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 20 June 2016 the Trust completed the purchase of 17,003 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,635 pence per share.

Following these purchases the Trust holds 228,208 ordinary shares representing 1.66% of the Company's current voting rights.
