RESPONSE TO MEDIA SPECULATION

Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace"), home to new and growing companies across London, notes media speculation regarding the potential acquisition of an office campus in Hammersmith for around £120 million.

Workspace confirms that it has been in discussions for the asset in question and if the acquisition was to proceed, it would be funded from existing resources. There can be no certainty that any transaction will proceed.

A further announcement will be made by Workspace if and when appropriate.
